The SCHWERLL mobile nitrogen‑boosting cart utilizes a piston accumulator for pressurization, delivering high inflation flow rates and enabling rapid charging of large accumulator systems. Additionally, in consideration of confined workspaces and the need for mobile inflation, SCHWERLL has developed and markets the MINI‑type nitrogen‑boosting unit. The key features of SCHWERLL’s mobile nitrogen‑inflation equipment are as follows:

1. A piston-type accumulator is used for pressurization; the nitrogen‑pressurization process generates relatively little heat, enabling sustained pressurization and inflation over a longer period.

2. The nitrogen booster unit is designed with a wide ΔP range, offering the advantage of long-term fatigue‑resistant pressurization.

3. Conventional nitrogen booster vehicles can deliver high‑flow inflation.
