Product Specifications & Technical Details

SCHWERLL gas pressure pipelines comply with the design and manufacturing requirements of Chinese national standards as well as those of the country where they are installed, including compliance with the TSG-D0001 standard for metallic pressure pipelines (covering design and fabrication requirements for pressure pipelines with diameters of 50 mm or greater).

1.1.     1. Reliable high-pressure gas components: all are made of heavy Professional gas accessories and liquid level detection systems

2. High-pressure gas piping: utilizes stainless steel fluid‑grade tubing and fittings—including connectors, flanges, and elbows—that comply with pressure vessel standards.

3. Pipeline Cleanliness: Meets the Space Product System Foreign-Object Management Specification.

3. Ferrule piping   : Uses a pre-installed double-seal gas-specific ferrule.

4. Welded piping: Upon request, users can have it fabricated to meet aerospace specifications. 1 Welding Quality Grade and Aerospace Clean Piping Requirements

5. Pipeline sealing system: A dual-seal pipeline sealing system is employed, with a soft seal coated in a specialized grease that is resistant to nitrogen.

6. Vibration‑mitigation design for pipeline operating conditions: a dedicated damping and vibration‑isolating system framework is employed.

7. A specialized bolted connection system employing Dacromet‑treated bolts to prevent hydrogen embrittlement.

8. Pipeline assembly process: manually connect to the correct position, then apply torque using an ultra-low‑torque wrench as an emergency assembly procedure.

9. All assembly parts have been cleaned using an ultrasonic cleaning system and subjected to demagnetization.

10. Piping 100% Implementation 1.5 Withstand Voltage Test at Double Pressure

11. The system undergoes a comprehensive nitrogen leak‑tightness and pressure test to mitigate the risk of corrosion following the testing phase.
