Product Specifications & Technical Details

The diaphragms supplied by SCHWERLL for welded‑type diaphragm accumulators are low‑permeability diaphragms, manufactured in France and designed as long‑term replacement components. Diaphragm capacities range from 0.1 L to 4 L, and the product’s key advantages include:

1. The diaphragm’s shape and structure are designed using simulation to ensure optimal compression and expansion characteristics.

2. The diaphragm is manufactured using 100% virgin rubber, ensuring optimal rubber properties.

3. The diaphragm is manufactured using the widely adopted viscose integral molding process, ensuring stable compression and oil‑drainage deformation characteristics with excellent oil‑drainage stability.

4. The diaphragm is bonded using a specialized, proprietary rubber adhesive to ensure its performance characteristics after bonding.

5. Diaphragm bladders are all rigorously inspected and approved. NF ISO 37 Standard testing;

6. A variety of rubber materials ensures broader media compatibility;

7. Rubber has a low intrinsic permeability.
