High-pressure clamp flange

Model / SKU: SCH-1043  |  Quality / Standards: ISO 9001 QMS; PED/CE & ASME Sec. VIII Available

SCHWERLL plug‑in flanges are specifically designed for large‑diameter pressure pipelines. Addressing the challenges inherent in installing flanged connections on such pipelines—such as difficult installation heights, alignment issues, and cumbersome seal‑replacement procedures—SCHWERLL’s plug‑in flanges feature a separate sealing element mounted on an independent insert. The hard‑seal system installed on both sides of this insert effectively compensates for installation deviations and simplifies seal replacement. These flanges accommodate nominal diameters up to DN 15,000 mm and can withstand working pressures of up to 100 MPa.

Product Specifications & Technical Details

SCHWERLL plug‑plate flanges are specifically designed for large‑diameter pressure pipelines. Addressing the challenges associated with installing such flanges—such as difficult installation, limited clearance height, and alignment issues—as well as the logistical difficulties of seal replacement, SCHWERLL’s plug‑plate flange features a separate sealing element mounted on an independent insert. The hard‑seal system installed on both sides of this insert effectively compensates for certain installation inaccuracies and simplifies seal‑replacement operations. These flanges accommodate nominal diameters up to DN 15,000 mm and can withstand working pressures of up to 100 MPa.
