Use our online accumulator volume sizing calculator to determine optimal capacity.
Open Volume Calculator →Schwerll Company provides a stable and reliable piston displacement monitoring system for piston accumulators and their associated systems. Through displacement sensors installed on the gas side and externally, the system monitors the liquid level within the piston accumulator and calculates flow rate. This allows for monitoring of the gas energy within the piston accumulator or system, ensuring the accumulator’s operating status. Energy monitoring is especially crucial when the accumulator serves as a necessary power source for the system.
Contact Schwerll engineering sales directly for custom volume sizing, pressure ratings (up to 207 MPa), and volume pricing.

Types:
ES Piston Top Position Detection Device: Detects one or more piston positions.
SV Piston Displacement Detection Device: Detects one or more piston positions and can be installed in a curved configuration to save installation space.
KME Full-Stroke Piston Displacement Monitoring Device: Detects full-stroke displacement with high accuracy. It can output 0-10V or 4-20mA analog signals, and also instantaneous flow rate.
UPS External Ultrasonic Position Sensor: Detects one or more piston positions. It can effectively detect high-viscosity media and provides a stable signal through walls up to 35mm thick.
LLM Laser Displacement Sensor: Can detect the full stroke of piston position. It has some error and blind spots (when bubbles or contamination are present) and can be used as an auxiliary monitoring signal.
